The red inflamed skin in eczema, also called dermatitis, can be seen in infants, teens, adults, and seniors. You can help eczema by improving lymph flow. The lymphatic system, a tiny network of vessels and nodes helps to reabsorb or detox cellular waste (cells, and parts of cells and other debris) from the body and brain. When this acidic cellular waste builds in your superficial lymphatic system which is right under your skin, it can create inflammation and irritate the skin. You can see and feel eczema it is red, inflamed, often hot to the touch. To help eczema you have to improve lymph flow to help circulation in the affected area.
