Just a quick line as you asked how the Ossipinsky Method of Self-Lymphatic Drainage (OMSLD) compared with what I’ve been taught at hospital appointments. I have to say that after seeing your videos and learning the movements, I can only describe the hospital info on self-massage as rather sketchy and yours as in depth. No massage at all mentioned for the face by the NHS and the movements for the body while similar to yours, not as detailed.
